Simon CF SO has worked in Construction Industrial since 1984. He has gained substantial experience for Safety & Health Management both in implementation & administration for about 9 years. He is now a Registered Safety Officer (RSO) under F & IU (Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors) Regulations and a Registered Safety Auditor under F & IU (Safety Management) Regulation in Hong Kong.

He works as a Corporate Senior Safety Officer in China State Construction Engineering Corporation and he has substantial construction safety working experiences from various major government and private projects including New Airport Passenger Terminal Building in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Housing Authority, Architectural Services Department, Water Services Department and Civil Engineering Department.
